The petitioner, pursuant to the Sale Deed dated 08.04.1974 and basing reliance upon the patta, made a representation on 19.08.2015 seeking issuance of Town Survey Patta for the property situated in Sadayappan Village, Ambattur Taluk, Madhavaram Panchayat Union, which now comes under the Corporation of Chennai in Ward No.16, Zone No.II. Seeking appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 19.08.2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 19.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
