The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.10.2015.
2. The petitioner submits that he is a member of a political party. On 04.10.2015, a Camp was conducted by the Government to include New Voters in the Voters List. On that day, the accused persons namely Vanaja and her son namely Dinesh Babu insisted the Officer to include the names of 20 persons in the Voter's list, which was objected by the petitioner on the ground that there is no genuineness in the request of the accused persons. Hence, the said Vanaja and her son Dinesh Babu abused the petitioner by mentioning his caste name and threatened him with dire consequences and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police and issued C.S.R.No.814 of 2015 dated 04.10.2015. Till date, no action was taken on the said complaint.
