Pursuant to the death of his parents, in whose name the patta is said to be standing as of now for the property situated in Survey No.195/1 to an extent of 1.32 acres in Perungudi Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, the petitioner made a request for change of patta. The request made was with reference to the patta standing in the name of the petitioner's deceased mother. Seeking early disposal of the representation dated 11.08.2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 11.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd party. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
