The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 294(b), 420, 120(b) and 506(i) of IPC on the file of the respondent police, in Crime No.748 of 2015 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that after conducting the enquiry, the case has been closed as "Mistake of Fact'.
