Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the refund claim dated 04.02.2009 of the petitioner company, as per the directions given in the order-in-appeal no.75/2012 dated 13.02.2012, within a reasonable time frame.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's refund claim dated 04.02.2009, which is stated to be pending before the respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also not present and there is no assistance given to the Court.

5. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to take early decision on the petitioner's refund claim dated 04.02.2009 and pass appropriate orders on merits and accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order if there is no other legal impediment. No costs.
