ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 03.12.2013, alleged to have been given by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner has given the complaint in question to the respondents and the same has not been registered and in the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed.

3. Considering the nature of the relief sought for in the petition, the following direction can be given to the respondents:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"In fine, the respondents are directed to look into the complaint dated 03.12.2013, alleged to have been given by the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondents are directed to proceed as per the law."
