Seeking the Document dated 21.11.1974, with reference to the Survey Nos.5/5, 5/5A and 5/5B, Moolacherry Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.4 on 24.08.2015. Seeking early disposal of the said request, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner with the respondent no.4 and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
