PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in S.C.NO.10/2024 dated 06.05.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce petitioner's husband namely (Thiru.Vadivel aged about 52 years son of Kariyanan), who is now confined in central prison Salem before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
