This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.216 of 2010 on the file of the third respondent to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Guindy Headquarters or any other agency. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.37 of 2011 and the accused has been acquitted on 06.02.2015. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
