This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent herein in Roc.No.9860/2010-MP1 dated 20.09.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and nonest in law.

Challenging the orders of the Government converting offline application to online application, this writ petition has been filed. Since this writ petition is filed in the year 2016, now, the entire department is working through online application regarding registration.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that a direction as sought in the writ petition, cannot be issued. 4.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 03.03.2023 Index :Yes/No AT 2/4
