This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner viz., B.Ramamoorthy, S/o.Balakrishnan, Hindu, aged about 68 years, residing at No.6-B, 8th East Cross Street, Gandhinagar, Katpadi, Vellore - 632 006, as 2nd respondent in the above original petition and connected miscellaneous petitions.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is seen that the petitioner herein/de-facto complainant under whose instigation the complaint was registered against the first respondent herein/accused by the second respondent herein/complainant, has not been impleaded as a party in the above original petition. Page Nos.1/3

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner herein is also a necessary party in the above original petition. Therefore, this petition is ordered accordingly.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above original petition.

6. The respondent/complainant is directed to file counter affidavit in the original petition on or before 08.07.2025 before the Registry. Post the matter on 09.07.2025 under the caption ''For Final Disposal''.
