ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 01.04.2021 pending on the file of the respondent in accordance with law, within a time frame.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed before it.

This Court considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
