J U D G M E N T
Both counsel present. It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant had died and it is seen that steps had not been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record. Endorsement also made to that effect.
2. In the light of the above position, in as much as no steps had been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant, there is no purpose in keeping this second appeal further pending.
3. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
