This petition is seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR in respect of the complaint dated 30.12.2018 for offences under Section 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC and proceed with the investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have already registered an FIR in Crime No.607 of 2019.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
