By consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, the writ petition itself is taken up for hearing.

2. The petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent on 1.11.2013 alleging that under U.D.R. Scheme patta has been wrongly given in favour of the 2nd respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent is no more. The petitioner also made an averment in the affidavit filed in support of M.P.No.1 of 2015 to that effect.

4. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 1st respondent. As and when such representation is made by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner, the 1st respondent will have to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
