Basing reliance on an assignment patta issued for Survey No.220/4, Village No.48, Kudiyanallur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District on 06.03.2014, the petitioner made an application on 25.06.2015 requiring survey of the said property by enclosing relevant documents. Seeking early disposal of the said application, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the application, a direction is issued to the respondent No.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent no.2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
