CRIME NO.11 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner should report before the respondent police 1st saturday of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12001/2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 16107/2021 dated 23.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12001 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16107 of 2021 on 23.11.2021 to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
