The prayer sought for in the present petition is to modify the condition imposed by the Court below to that effect the petitioners shall appear before respondent police as and when required, instead of daily appearing before the respondent at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, by the order passed in C.M.P.Nos.2867/2017 & 2868/2017 dated 20.11.2017 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard Mr.M.N.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has been appearing before the respondent police in compliance of the condition imposed in the earlier order dated 20.11.2017 in C.M.P.Nos.2867 & 2868 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore directing the petitioners to appear daily at 10.30.am, until further orders.

4. The said condition is modified to that effect the petitioners shall report the respondent police viz., The Inspector of Police, All Women (West) Police Station, Coimbatore as and when required.

5. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 20.11.2017 in Crl.M.P.Nos. 2867 of 2017 and 2868 of 2017 shall remain intact.
