O.P. No. 102 of 2022 Original Petition No. 102 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The son and daughter of M.S.Sridharan, who died on 17.10.2017, have filed this original petition seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the shares mentioned in the schedule to the petition. The mother of the petitioners, Mrs. Latha Sridharan had died on 31.08.2019. The petitioners are therefore the only legal heirs. Necessary paper publications have been effected.

2. During evidence, the 1st petitioner examined himself as PW1. The death certificates of M.S.Sridharan and that of Latha Sridharan were marked as Ex.P1 and Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificates of M.S.Sridharan and Latha Sridharan were marked as Ex.P2 and Ex.P4. The share holding statements were marked as Ex.P5 and paper publication effected was marked as Ex.P6.
