Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at about 06.30 p.m until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court Crl.O.P.No.11399 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.11399 of 2022 on 18.05.2022 to report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
