ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.G.Ramachandiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 3 and 7 to 9; Mr.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader, for respondents 4 and 5, Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel for the sixth respondent, Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for respondents 11 to 14.
2. The order impugned permits both the parties to perform worship subject to the conditions enumerated therein.
3. In case the petitioner's civil rights are violated, it is for him to approach the Civil Court or such other forum, as may be permissible under law, to establish such rights. All contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
