JUDGMENT

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the proceedings in HMOP.No.246/2018 on the file of the learned Sub-Judge at Kancheepuram filed by the petitioner husband seeking divorce and to transfer the same before the VII Family Court, Chennai to try along with M.C.No.111/2019 on the file of the VII Family Court, Chennai, filed by the respondent wife seeking maintenance and HMOP.No.989/2019 seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

In any event as the petitioner has come to this Court seeking transfer of his Divorce Petition in HMOP.No.246/2018 from the Sub-Court, Kancheepuram to be tried along with M.C.No.111/2019 and HMOP.No.989/2019 on the file of the learned Judge, VII Additional Family Court, Chenni, the Transfer CMP stands allowed and the HMOP.No.246/2018 on the file of the Sub-Court, Kancheepuram is withdrawn and transferred to the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

M.C.No.111/2019 and HMOP.No.989/2019, who on receipt of the entire records, shall dispose of the matters expeditiously on merit. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
