ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register a First Information Report and investigate the matter and to file a final report on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner on 18.05.2019 vide CSR No.521 of 2019 dated 18.05.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
