Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3011/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25704/2021 dated 09.03.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police ones in a week on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No. 3011 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25704 of 2021 on 09.03.2022 to report before the respondent police once in a week on every Wednesday 10.30. a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
