CR.NO.290 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the said order dated 22.05.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.13440 of 2019 as direct the petitioners to sign before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. in Sundays Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHAIKH MEHRUNISA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditional order dated 22.05.2019 passed in Crl.OP.No.13440 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are employed in private companies and it is very difficult to comply with the condition. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to appear before the respondent Police Station at 10.30 a.m. in Sundays. Hence, he prayed for modification.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners may be directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 7.30 p.m. until further orders.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, this Court is inclined to modify the earlier condition passed by this Court to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station daily at 7.30 p.m., until further orders.
