ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the Second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 6(4) of the TN Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order 1982, Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.51 of 2022.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 35 tons of Rice bags without any permission or license.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11484 of 2022, on 18.05.2022, considering the fact that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 35 tons of rice without any permission or license. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
