This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents to implement the order of the first respondent dated 20.03.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was prevented from using the toilet in her house by the fourth respondent who is her mother. The RDO/first respondent had directed the fourth respondent herein to permit the petitioner to use the toilet situated next to the house of the fourth respondent and further directed the Police to give protection. 3.In view of the order passed by the RDO, respondent Police shall provide Police protection as per the direction of the RDO. Petitioner shall produce the order copy of the RDO/first respondent and appear before the third respondent and give a representation. On receipt of such representation, third respondent is directed to consider the representation and provide adequate 2/5

Police protection in the manner known to law. 4.With the above direction and observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
