(1)The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to submit a detailed representation as to the alleged unauthorised erection of mobile phone tower based upon the relevant Government Orders and decisions rendered by this Court and also undertakes to send an E-Mail to the Registry of this Court in this regard. (2)In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.
