No.A2/ 25427/2014 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to amend G.O(D) No.327 dated 17.07.2013 and refer the demand of regularizing 28 workers and one permanent worker and to lift the illegal lockout immediately and pay full wages the period of illegal lockout, under Section 12(5) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 1/4
