O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.100 of 2012, on the file of the 1st respondent.
2.Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and the defacto complainant has filed an affidavit, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 21.11.2017 before this Court.
3. Today, the defacto complainant and the petitioners are personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their counsel on record. The counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the parties in respect of Aadhar Cards viz., N.Sunil- Aadhar No.4072 2034 8901, M.Prakash - Aadhar No.4634 8010 1206, C.Venkatesan - Aadhar No.7607 7636 3352, Pachaiamma - Aadhar No.2600 0845 6574 and E.Mannaiya Naidu - Aadhar No.9990 0556 0425 and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded.
4. An affidavit, dated 21.11.2017 has been filed by the defacto complainant to the effect that the he has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
5. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the second respondent and taking into account, the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in Crime No.100 of 2012 on the file of first respondent is hereby quashed.
6. The affidavit, dated 21.11.2017 filed by the defacto complainant/E.Kannaiya Naidu, is hereby recorded. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The affidavit, dated 21.11.2017 shall form part of the order.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
