This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that the respondents are not having any objection for condoning the delay.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
