ORDER

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the property in respect of which relief was sought in the representation dated 28.04.2023 had been dealt with pending writ petition and on presentation, the document was registered as Doc.No.9904 of 2023 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner himself, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
