Addl.Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R The present criminal original petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a F.I.R against the offenders based on the complaint dated 16.11.2015 & 12.12.2015 and to investigate and report within reasonable time.

2. The petitioner submitted that he has preferred a complaint before the respondent police on 16.11.2015 and 12.12.2015 against one Anandhi Prabha & Velumani. Though C.S.R.Nos.718 and 677 of 2015 have been assigned respectively to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, till date no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaints given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.718 of 2015 and C.S.R.No.677 of 2015 have been assigned. The counter petitioner had also given a complaint against the petitioner to the said complaint. Now C.S.R.Nos.718 and 677 of 2015 and the counter complaint given by the counter petitioner are pending for enquiry.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the Inspector of Police, Law and order, R-8, Vadapalani Police Station,Chennai - 600 026 to complete enquiry in all the complaints and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
