ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaints lodged by the respondents 2 and 3 and their henchmen.

2.When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the F.I.R. is registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.5 of 2024 on 21.05.2024 for the offences under Sections 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 & 506(1) of IPC. He also produced a copy of the FIR.

3. Such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed as infructuous.
