ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) Seeking to review the order dated 15.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.A.No.1113 of 2014, the present Review Application has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners submitted that though a statement was made, which resulted in the dismissal of the writ appeal, subsequently in Civil Appeal Nos.9533 - 9537 of 2019 (P.Singaravelan and Others vs. The District Collector, Tiruppur and Others) dated 18.12.2019, the Apex Court has taken a different view. 3.Learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 6 is not in a position to rebut the said submission made. We have also perused the
order of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos.9533 - 9537 of 2019 (P.Singaravelan and Others vs. The District Collector, Tiruppur and Others) dated 18.12.2019.
4.In such view of the matter, the order dated 15.11.2018 passed in W.A.No.1113 of 2014 stands set aside and the writ appeal stands restored. No costs.
5.Registry is directed to post the writ appeal before the concerned Court as per roster.
