ORDER

1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to fix a time limit for the speedy disposal of HMOP.No.273 of 2019, pending on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Husband is the Petitioner herein and the Respondent is the wife. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, without prejudice to the contentions and rights of both the parties, the Family Court, Puducherry is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.273 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties shall extend their full cooperation for speedy disposal of the case.
