This petition is filed by the State seeking to delete the petitioner/first respondent in the writ petition, viz., The Government of Tamil Nadu, Rep. by its Secretary to Government, Municipal Administrative Department, Fort St.

George, Chennai 600009, from the cause title of the writ petition on the ground of misjoinder of parties.

Heard both sides.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the first respondent as arrayed in the cause title of the writ petition be deleted.
