ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section Girl Missing @ Section 366 IPC and Section 6, 5(l) of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.26 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was married and had sexually harassed the de-facto complainant's daughter.

3. The petitioner have committed penetrative sexual assault on the victim girl aged about 16 years.

4. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
