ORDER
It is submitted that the seventh respondent has vacated the premises as was undertaken.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the sixth respondent submitted that some of the vehicles, which were seized by the police, were also kept in the said property and the same are being cleared today.
3. The fourth respondent has filed a compliance report before this Court and the relevant portions are extracted hereunder:- "3. It is submitted that this Hon'ble Court has thus directed the Oil Corporation to inform the said order to the seventh respondent and posted the case on 23.06.2025. In due compliance, the same has been informed to the seventh respondent by all modes such as Email, Registered Post on 17.06.2025.
4. It is further submitted that the seventh respondent vide email dated 20.06.2025 sent to Indian Oil Corporation confirmed that they have removed the trucks from the Chengalvarayan Naicker Trust Property and necessary documents are filed herewith. The fourth respondent is no way connected with the issue of vacating the land as it is
a pure civil nature. Since this Hon'ble Court has given a direction to inform the 7 th respondent, the same is complied with."
4. The above compliance is recorded.
