Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent no.3 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd party in whose favour the alleged unauthorised act is said to have been made by the respondent no.5. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
