This Court vide order dated 31.01.2023 has directed the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.190 of 2008 on or before 30.09.2023 and allowed the above Civil Revision Petitions.

2. This being so, after a lapse of ten months, the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet has written a letter to the Registrar General, High Court vide Dis.No.849/2023, dated .10.2023, seeking extension of time for a period of three months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 31.01.2023, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.190 of 2008 as directed by this Court order dated 31.01.2023.

3. Registry is directed to issue a copy of the order to the Principal District Judge, Vellore along with the copy marked to the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet.
