ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8C, 20b(II)(B), 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.274 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused are alleged to have been found in possession of 5Kgs. of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that there are four previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are four previous cases as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
