O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to cause release of goods covered under Bills of Entry No.2659954 and 2659878 both dated 21.09.2015, (priced as per Apostilled Contract No.27045 dated 14.08.2015, on the basis of contract price and the invoice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

value declared by the petitioner/ Importer) viz., fresh Apples without taking into consideration Notification No.21/2015-2020 dated 14.09.2015 issued by Director General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

2.Heard the learned counsel the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous, since the goods had already been released.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
