This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 1 / 5

30.12.2024, wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of of boundaries.

2.Heard Mr.SP.Yuvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents. 3.The petitioner is relying upon the partition deed dated 21.2.2005. The petitioner is also relying upon the patta and chitta that stands in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner submitted the on-line applicatio by paying necessary charges on 30.12.2024 seeking for survey of the subject property. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner and conduct survey in the subject property, based on the title documents and the revenue records relied upon by the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. 2 / 5
