Respondent in both WPs PRAYER : WPs 37794 and 37795 of 2016 are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writs of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent leading to issuance of Order-In-Appeal Nos.495/2016 (STA-1) and 496/2016 (STA-1) dated 29.08.2016 and quash the same as the same are contrary to law and violation of the statutory provisions. For Petitioner in both WPs : Mr.S.Krishnanandh For Respondent in both WPs : No Appearance C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the writ petitions had already been transferred pursuant to the orders dated 01.12.2017 to be tagged along with Civil Appeal No.2013 of 2014 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Further, it is contended that the Hon'ble Apex Court has already disposed of this case.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in these writ petitions. Accordingly, the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
