Seeking No Objection Certificate towards the release of the Settlement Deeds pending before the Sub Registrar of Chennimalai, the petitioner made a representation on 06.08.2015. On receipt of the said representation, the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department has directed the respondent to take appropriate action. The petitioner was also asked to approach the Joint Commissioner. Seeking early consideration of the said issue, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the request made by the petitioner with the respondent pursuant to the representation dated 06.08.2015, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
