J U D G M E N T
On an earlier occasion, this Court had directed the learned counsel for the appellant to ascertain whether there is any person interest to pursue the appeal as legal representatives of the deceased respondent and adjourned the matter to today.
2. Even today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not turned up. This Court for the reasons stated above dismissed the appeal as abated, in view of the fact that the right accrued to the respondent is only till the life time of the respondent, on the death of the respondent, the decree of life enjoyment and injunction protecting the peaceful enjoyment over the property has come to an end. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.10754 of 2022 is closed.
