The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case on the allegation that petitioner had posted a screen-shot of whatsapp messages of defacto-complainant in social media. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that now investigation has been completed in Cr.No.4 of 2025 and the case has been closed as further action dropped on 26.05.2025. 3.Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 02.06.2025 ep Page No.2 of 4
