ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 306 of IPC r/w Section 9 of Child Marriage Restraint Act in Cr.No.381 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have performed love marriage with the defacto complainant's daughter and thereafter had love affair with another girl and when the same was questioned, he continuously harassed her, due to which, she committed suicide.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that investigation is at the initial stage and further submitted that the petitioner committed heinous offence of giving continuous torture to the minor victim girl, which instigated her to commit suicide. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
