O R D E R
The present writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.03.2025 whereby the patta is cancelled in respect of the property situated
at Cuddalore District, Tiruppapuliyur, bearing Ward-5, Block No.22, T.S. Nos. 723, 724, 725, 726, 746, 750, and Block No. 23, 758/1, measuring an extent of 10 acre 53.5 cents, which earlier stood in the name of the petitioner without even putting the petitioner on notice.
2. The limited ground of challenge is that the impugned order cancelling the patta in the name of petitioner was made without putting the petitioners on notice is made in violation of principles of natural justice.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that they would reconsider the matter after issuing notice to the petitioner and the sixth respondent and any other interested parties and orders would be passed afresh in accordance with law.
4. It is agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent that the above exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
